Damaged Product Return Policy
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
You must provide video evidence that the product was damaged when received.
This video must be taken while unboxing or unpacking the original shipment, clearly showing:
- The original packaging being opened
- The product's damaged condition
- This video is required to verify that the damage occurred during shipping and was not caused by mishandling after delivery.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be damaged
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
- You must provide video evidence of the damaged product, taken while unboxing or unpacking the original shipment
Refund Policy
We will only provide refunds for damaged products. If we verify that the product was damaged, we will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods.
Send the goods to the address provided, using an insured and trackable mail service.
