1. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
At Teeyan.in, we only accept prepaid orders. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
We strive to provide high-quality products, but if you receive a damaged or broken product, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

To qualify for a return or refund, you must record an unboxing video from the moment you open the package.

The video should clearly show the damage or defect in the product.

Blurry, unclear, or edited videos will not be accepted.
2.2 Valid Reasons for Return/Refund
To be eligible for a return / refund:
- Product received is damaged or broken.
- Wrong item sent (must be reported with video proof).
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
- You must provide video evidence of the damaged product, taken while unboxing or unpacking the original shipment
We do not offer returns or refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase.

Incorrect size, color, or design ordered by the customer.

Minor variations in color or design due to screen resolution.

Delayed delivery due to courier logistics.
3. How to Request a Return/Refund

You must provide video evidence that the product was damaged when received. This video must be taken while unboxing or unpacking the original shipment, clearly showing:
- The original packaging being opened
- The product's damaged condition
This video is required to verify that the damage occurred during shipping and was not caused by mishandling after delivery.
4. Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. Send the goods to the address provided, using an insured and trackable mail service.
5. Refund Process

The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
